MONIER TILE ROOFS

Elegant and high quality.

Monier roofs are a popular roof option here in Hawaii, because they are beautiful and of really high quality and craftsmanship.

Unfortunately, their downfall is that they very pricey and delicate. With time or due to weather, tiles can crack. Leaks are very expensive to repair for Monier tile roofs.

Luckily, there is a simple solution you can do yourself! Never re-roof, simply coat your roof with high performance, waterproof and reflective coatings.

Monier tile roofs are best coated with an acrylic based coatinh. These coatings are highly reflective and will lower your home’s interior temperatures. NXT Cool Coat is an acrylic that can be tinted in over 36 color options.

LeakMaster's Opinion

If you are lucky enough to have a Monier roof, keep it in top shape with an NXT Coating.  Seal up all cracks in the concrete so the water doesn’t degrade the tile and crack it.

Enjoy your beautiful roof.  You are at the top of the food chain.
