NXT AquaGuard is a 100% waterproofing membrane designed for application on a multitude of surfaces to protect against water ingress and weathering.

Based on a hybrid technology, NXT AquaGuard can be used on both vertical and horizontal surfaces as a high strength weatherproof protective membrane with high build elastomeric functionality.

NXT AquaGuard provides an excellent flexible protective coating with good breathability.

NuTech’s proprietary resin technology provides a hard, yet flexible surface with nano-technology for added water beading and contamination resistance for the life of the coating.

Unlike conventional elastomeric roof coatings, NXT AquaGuard will stay cleaner for longer and remain 100% waterproof under seasonal ponding water conditions.

APPLICATION AND USAGE AMOUNT*

Use 1.25 Gal of NXT AquaGuard Per 100 Sq. Ft. over a NuTech primer such as NXT GP Primer or NuPrime (Ask a sales associate for details).

1. Apply 2 even coats of NXT AquaGuard to a NuTech Primer within 24 hours using an airless sprayer (Graco Magnum X5 or X7) with a 619 or 621 spray tip.

2. Reinforce keyways, penetrations, and other suspect areas prior to applying top coat of NXT

AquaGuard is highly recommended.

*Usage amount will vary depending upon how old or dry the surface is.

Mixing and Storing Procedures

No thinning or reducing is necessary. Product may separate over time. Use a power mixer or paint stick to quickly stir coating before use. Carefully reseal container after every use.
