Product Overview
NXT AquaGuard is a high-build elastomeric waterproof roof coating designed to help protect surfaces against water ingress and weathering.
Its hybrid resin technology forms a hard yet flexible membrane with good breathability, water beading performance, and contamination resistance.
It is designed to stay cleaner for longer while delivering long-lasting waterproof protection.

APPLICATION & USAGE
Coverage Rate
Use 1.25 gal per 100 sq. ft. over a NuTech primer such as NXT GP Primer or NuPrime.
Application
Apply 2 even coats within 24 hours using an airless sprayer (Graco Magnum X5 or X7) with a 619 or 621 spray tip.
Surface Prep
Reinforce keyways, penetrations, and other suspect areas prior to applying topcoat.
Notes
Usage amount varies depending on age and dryness of the surface.

- Not recommended for use on surfaces where standing water may occur.
- Keep containers stored in a cool, dry place away from heat, sparks, open flame, excessive heat, and moisture.
- Do not allow product to freeze.
- Use appropriate personal protection during application.
